2. CREATIVE WORK (BOARDS)

Mayhem Boards is a tool for creative planning. You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any reference images or materials uploaded to the system.

3. USER CONDUCT (EULA)

You agree not to use the Services to create, store, or share any content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, or threatening.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Pornographic or inappropriate for a professional creative environment.

Shot by Mayhem reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Bookings made through the platform are subject to availability and our refund policy. Deposits are typically non-refundable as they secure your shoot date and pre-production resources.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shot by Mayhem provides the Services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any data loss or indirect damages arising from your use of the creative tools.

6. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
