TERMS OF SERVICE

Shot by Mayhem provides photography, videography, and visual production services. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after a deposit is received and a confirmation code is issued.

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time - The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or as outlined in your booking confirmation - All payments are processed securely through Stripe - Prices listed on our website are subject to change; the price at the time of booking is the price you pay

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may receive a credit toward a future booking (deposit is non-refundable) - Cancellations within 48 hours of the session forfeit the deposit - Rescheduling is available at no extra charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability - No-shows forfeit the full deposit amount

- You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no reduction in price - Shot by Mayhem reserves the right to end a session early if the client or any attendees behave in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful - Any illegal activities during a session will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all fees

- Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on project complexity - Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days for photography and 10-15 business days for video, unless a rush add-on is purchased - Final edits are delivered digitally via your private client portal or download link - Raw, unedited files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

- You receive a personal and commercial use license for all delivered final edits - Shot by Mayhem retains the copyright to all images and video produced during the session - We reserve the right to use session content in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless you opt out in writing before the session - You may not resell the images or videos to third parties, sublicense them, or submit them to stock photography services

- Each package includes one round of minor revisions (color/exposure adjustments, crop changes) - Major revisions (reshoots, completely new edits, compositing) may incur additional charges - Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

- Shot by Mayhem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services - Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question - While we take every precaution to protect your data and files, we are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
